Developing Topics For German Cookbook

I found more interesting recipes that helped me to get ideas for more
interesting chapter titles for my new German Cookbook.

Pennsylvania Dutch seems to be a topic coming up more and more
in the recipes that I am printing off and so I wonder if I could even
put recipes into categories of different groups of German heritage
from all over the world.

The Bavarian American's
Pennsylvania Dutch
German's from Russia
Canadian Germans
Germans from Australia
Germans from South Africa
Hamburger Americans

These you could make sound more interesting as well.

I am also considering a name of
German Recipes from across the world
Well ...not perfect but it helps to throw it out
there so you can see it written.

Welcome Judy from The "Too Much Girls"

Hi Today we welcome Judy Block to the Blog.
She is working on a weight loss cookbook
that stresses how to have fun and celebrate
while cooking low fat meals.
Judy loves a good party and knows how
to make any event fun, along with her sister
Sherill and Jill Dugan. Together they make up the
Too Much Girls , and here is their website.
http://www.toomuchgirls.com/

They have a great daily newsletter that goes
out with a new recipe and tips every day.
I am sure the book will be a fun book of not
just recipes but ways to make the food fun
and also great foods to buy that make the
cooking simpler and are just better choices.

Bass Ackwards Brainstorming

I am working today on my new German Cookbook that is
a compilation of wonderful recipes and stories that have
been donated to my German Goodies Newsletter.

While I am brainstorming on topics and things I want to
include it seems that it is not as easy to do as the pickle
book that I am also working on. Here the topics are easy
to separate, and the themes are well defined.

I have decided to just start printing the recipes and put
them in general categories, like Main dishes,
side dishes, desserts, etc.
so that I can start to see the
project come together. I think in this case the structure
will start to emerge as I compile.
Zig Zigler said ....Go as far as you can see ....then you
will be able to see farther.
